built to house museum quality articles and other priceless objects
in a state-of the-art structure with a revolving carousel feature
which changes the location of each vaults contents on a daily basis.
Thus ensuring this facilities impregnability.

This project was the largest contract for elderly housing
ever awarded to a minority general contractor in New England.

MBRI BOSTON BIOTECH
Laboratory and Office Center

This
60,000 square foot technology business incubator, contains
laboratory and office space in the renovated former site of the
Digital Equipment Corp. facility on Massachusetts Avenue. This
facility was built to give entrepreneurs the space, services and
capital necessary to build new companies and created jobs.

BOSTON POLICE DEPARTMENT HEADQUARTERS

This new state-of-the-art facility
was constructed by the joint venture of John B. Cruz Construction
Co., Inc. and Suffolk Construction Company, Inc.
The facility houses 76,000 square feet of laboratory and
office space to help provide advanced public safety, investigation
and crime fighting capabilities.
Many functions formerly located around the city are now
centralized including public service, emergency communications,
crime and ballistic lab and prisoner processing facilities.

REGGIE LEWIS TRACK AND ATHLETIC CENTER

The major features of this 123,030 square foot
facility include a 3,000 seat field house, 200-meter, 6 lane fixed
bank track, 8 lane spring tracks; 2 long/triple jump runways.
Other features include four recreational basketball/tennis
courts, a separate 500-seat gymnasium for intercollegiate
basketball.
Located at the corner of New Dudley and Tremont
Streets, this, provides high school
track and field athletes from across the state with a
state-of-the-art indoor for practice and competition.
Construction of this project by Cruz/Suffolk a
minority joint venture of John B. Cruz Construction and Suffolk
Construction spanned two years.

PRANG HOUSE AND PRANG ESTATES
Roxbury, Massachusetts

An award winning rehabilitation/renovation ,
Prang House and Prang Estates is located in the Historic District of
Roxbury Highlands.
Cruz created 33 units of affordable housing for the community
and preserved the
